Tentative Retreat Schedule:

Day 1:
- Soak, check in at 4:00, group dinner at 5:30.
- Opening Ceremony, welcome, introductions, sisterhood, relaxing yoga, late night soaking.
- Dinner is provided.
Day 2:
- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning yoga, energetic Soul Alignment Session, Lunch is served as a group, Soul Flow time to just be/integrate, Afternoon/ Evening Energetic Session, soul soak and sauna.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
Day 3:
- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning movement/yoga, morning nergetic Soul Alignment Session, Lunch is served as a group, Soul Flow time to just be/integrate, Afternoon/ Evening Energetic Session, dinner, Closing Fire Ceremony
- Night soaking and sauna time.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
Day 4:
- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning movement/yoga, closing circle, Lunch is served as a group. Retreat ends after lunch. Feel free to stay and soak, enjoy spa services while you integrate our soul fulfilling weekend.
- Breakfast and lunch are provided.
- The retreat ends at 1:30 pm.
